Targeting S+ (version 31 and above) requires that one of FLAG_IMMUTABLE or FLAG_MUTABLE be specified when creating a PendingIntent. As app seems don't need to send data back in Notification Area, these required flag field are now all FLAG_IMMUTABLE. Also dump up depencies version as some of them violates this requirement too (Ehh..)
