DJ Crispy or “CrispyBreaks,” is a Canadian-born Salvadoran DJ known for his affinity for Hip-Hop, Funk and Soul. He has a passion for all music (from Rap to R&B, Disco to House, Reggae to Dancehall and more), but especially enjoys music suitable for street dance styles, especially Breaking, Funk-Styles and Freestyle. His greatest influences are the old school Hip-Hop/Break/Funk DJs he has studied over the years, and is inspired by various modern day curators of Funk and Soul, as well as the dance events he has attended and/or watched since his youth, and thus brings forth many years of knowledge, expertise, and passion to every event he spins at.
When he’s not spinning, he’s busy digging away, endlessly searching for the perfect beat. From authentic rare groove sounds to vibrant party vibes, DJ Crispy looks to bring an interesting and engaging musical experience from deck to the floor every time.
Based in Winnipeg.
