SENTECH is a South African based digital infrastructure and content delivery company providing services in South Africa and the African continent. SENTECH has a wealth of strategically positioned infrastructure to provide coverage to over 80% of the population. The infrastructure enables SENTECH to provide facility leasing and co-location on our masts and our 180 sites enable us to provide connectivity and infrastructure services to retail, Telcos and Public sectors. We provide broadcast transmission services to all commercial and public broadcasters including over 150 Community Radio Stations countrywide daily. As a holder of Individual Electronic Communications Network Services (i-ECNS) and an Individual Electronic Communications (I-ECS) the company is licensed to provide international voice-based telecommunications and multimedia services. SENTECH is a B-BBEE level 1 South African state-owned company and leading provider of electronic communications network services to the country's broadcasting and communications industry. SENTECH derives its mandate from legislation, particularly the SENTECH Act and the Electronic Communications' Act (ECA).

  • Sentech Hosts Parliamentary Committee at Brixton Tower and Sender Technology Park (STP) Following the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Communications and Digital Technologies' visit to Sender Technology Park (STP) on Thursday, 27 February 2025, they continued their oversight tour with a visit to the Brixton Tower on Friday, 28 February. The committee had the opportunity to see firsthand how Sentech is contributing to broadcasting signal distribution, digital infrastructure, and connectivity solutions, all of which play a crucial role in advancing South Africa’s socio-economic development and digital transformation. We are grateful for the positive feedback from Committee Chair Ms. Khusela Diko, who commended Sentech’s for being a well-run organisation with strong operational capabilities, and its crucial role in bridging the digital divide. Sentech continues to support the government's digital transformation agenda, delivering innovative solutions to advance South Africa's ICT sector.

    Today marks a joyous occasion as SENTECH proudly donates tablets and projectors to Molo Mhlaba Schools in Khayelitsha. SENTECH's CEO, Mr Tebogo Leshope is joined by SENTECH's Social Economic and Enterprise Development team to support SENTECH's efforts to uplift future leaders! Molo Mhlaba is a wonderful primary school for girls dedicated to empowering young minds through quality education in a warm and nurturing atmosphere. This generous contribution will surely enhance their learning experience and inspire the bright futures of these young girls.
