Sustainability is at the heart of what we do at Aspen. We are committed to creating value for our stakeholders in a manner that is responsible, transparent, and that respects the rights of all. We recognise that to achieve long-term success, we need to deliver our business strategy in a way that creates value not only to Aspen and our shareholders, but also to society and the planet. We are therefore excited to share our Sustainability Strategy, endorsed by the Executive Sustainability Forum and approved by the Aspen Board. Our Sustainability Strategy has been in conception since 2022, so this marks a significant milestone for us as it reinforces our commitment to sustainable business practices. Our Sustainability Strategy consists of four key pillars: patients, our people, environment and society underpinned by sixteen goals which aim to ensure an integration and alignment of Aspen’s sustainability objectives with business priorities. #AspenWeCare #SustainabilityStrategy #Patients #ProudlyAspen #OurPeople #Environment #Society

International Day of Clean Energy, designated by the United Nations General Assembly to raise awareness and mobilise action towards a just and inclusive transition to clean energy sources for the benefit of people and the planet, was observed on Sunday, 26 January 2025. And to commemorate this day, we are highlighting the strides that Aspen has taken to enhance its use of clean energy. These efforts are seen across our organisation and are gaining momentum, as depicted in the timeline. Renewable energy is reliable and ensures business continuity in the event of power interruptions. This enables Aspen to maintain its commitment to providing access to medicine to our valued patients. Over the past five years, we have successfully reduced our Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions by 28%, largely due to an increased usage of renewable energy across our organisation. As of FY2024, our renewable electricity consumption has increased to 18%. #AspenWeCare #InternationalDayOfCleanEnergy #SustainableBusiness #CarbonReduction #SolarEnergy #RenewableEnergy #CleanEnergy #ProudlyAspen

Today, we stand in solidarity with the United Nations as they commemorate World AIDS Day under the 2024 theme, “Take the Rights Path: My Health, My Rights!” At Aspen, this theme resonates deeply with our core values. By prioritising health as a fundamental human right, we reaffirm our commitment to ensuring that everyone - without discrimination - has access to essential health services, including HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and care. It is vital to focus on those living with, at risk of, or affected by HIV/AIDS, particularly within vulnerable communities. On this day, we also reaffirm our commitment to help end stigma and discrimination which remain two of the greatest challenges in the fight against HIV/AIDS. We stand firmly against the biases that undermine progress and salute the extraordinary work of communities worldwide. By breaking down these barriers, we move closer to achieving universal care and safeguarding human rights. Together, we can chart the right path, advance the fight against HIV/AIDS, and build a future free from this devastating disease. #AspenWeCare #WorldAIDSDay #HealthIsAHumanRight #AspenValues #TakeTheRightPath #EndStigma #ProudlyAspen #Sustainability
