The Finnish government's ICT Centre Valtori has announced plans to layoff 138 people following the completion of restructuring negotiations with staff representatives.
Valtori provides information and communication technology (ICT) services for the Finnish government.
When the talks were first announced in October, Valtori said up to 160 jobs were under threat.
In a statement, the authority said it will try to reduce the number of redundancies by assigning people to other roles.
The statement added that the layoffs were necessary because of reduced workloads as well as a restructuring of the organisation.
