Motivation

The Euro+Med PlantBase (Q28811066) "covers all native and introduced vascular plants from Europe, the Mediterranean and the Caucasus. At present, hybrids and taxa below the rank of subspecies are not treated." Identifiers from this database would be an excellent addition to Wikidata items for European plants.
