The Defiance Area Foundation has announced a generous $25,000 donation from the Defiance Moose Lodge #2094. This contribution will support grants distributed through the Foundation’s donor-advised fund.
“We are greatly appreciative of your generosity and all that you are doing to make an impact in the Defiance County communities,” said Chelsie Schroeder, Marketing Director of the Defiance Area Foundation.
Donor-advised funds offer donors the opportunity to support their favorite charities with the added benefit of a tax deduction at the time of contribution. Grants from these funds can be distributed over time, ensuring long-term community impact.
