Inauguration Tickets

Thank you for your interest in attending the 60th Presidential Inaugural Ceremony. The office is no longer able to accept requests for Inauguration tickets. Please know that interest in tickets far outweighed the number allotted to each senator. There will be non-ticketed viewing areas open to the public on the National Mall, west of 4th Street NW; for more information, please refer to the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies’ website.

Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

The office cannot accommodate ticket requests from individuals who are not residents of Massachusetts. Individuals from other states should contact their home state senator to inquire about ticket availability.

After submitting the request form below, constituents will receive an email within five business days confirming they’ve been added to the waitlist.

The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) will not inform Senate offices of how many tickets they’ll be allotted to distribute until December 2024. Once we’ve received these final details from JCCIC, we’ll send individual updates on ticket availability in response to each request received. Submitting multiple requests or sending follow-up emails does not increase the likelihood of securing tickets.

The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) will not inform Senate offices of how many tickets they’ll have to distribute until December 2024 at the earliest. Submitting a request does not guarantee that tickets will be provided, as the demand far exceeds the number of tickets available.

Historically, the tickets made available to Senate offices for public distribution are standing room only and solely provide access to the swearing-in ceremony and inaugural address. The tickets do not include access to inaugural balls or other events. Our office does not receive seated tickets to the Inaugural Parade following the swearing-in, but typically tickets to observe the Inaugural Parade route on foot are not required.

Historically, the JCCIC has not released the physical Inauguration tickets to Senate offices until approximately one week before the Inauguration. Additional pick-up instructions will be shared directly with those who secure tickets.
