尾沢は日本におけるビジネスコンサルティングユニットのアソシエイトコンサルタントです。 カナダの大学にて社会学を専攻、アイルランドとオランダの大学院で公衆衛生の修士号を取得後、L.E.K. Consultingに入社。 ライフサイエンス業界のコンサルティング経験を生かし、製薬企業の抱える様々な課題に対してソリューションを提供します。

林（イム）は、日本におけるビジネスコンサルティングユニットのエンゲージメントマネージャーです。 Veeva参画以前は、武田薬品工業にてプライマリー領域やオンコロジー、希少疾患領域を担当するMRとして、がん拠点病院から実地医家に至る多様な医療関係者への情報提供活動に従事。 その後デロイト トーマツ コンサルティングでは、製薬会社の全社営業組織変革やオムニチャネル戦略立案および実行支援、CLMコンテンツマネジメント支援、CRMやMarketing Automationツール等のDevOps支援、および上記各チェンジマネジメント支援などに従事しました。 粘り強い伴走支援経験を強みに、クライアントのビジネスアウトカム創出にこだわります。

Dan is responsible for leading the Global Business Consulting Practice across the U.S., Europe, LatAm and Asia. With industry experts and advisors across markets, Veeva Business Consulting merges business-focused solutions with Veeva’s software and data to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

Dan has been focused on life sciences for more than 15 years with experience in various commercial roles at Eli Lilly, as well as management consulting at PwC and EY. Prior to joining Veeva, he helped lead the commercial strategy group within EY’s life sciences sector where his focus was on accelerating sales and marketing functions through innovation in technology and analytics.

Dan received his B.A. in Marketing and Advertising from Marist College.

Jim is a 21-year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry. His first 15 years were spent at AstraZeneca across several commercial roles, including sales, marketing, data & analytics, and commercial operations. For the past 6 years, he has led consulting practices within commercial operations & strategy, focusing on areas such as resource allocation, business development, launch excellence, and promotional effectiveness.

Jim joined Veeva in October of 2019 to help establish our U.S. Commercial Strategy Consulting Practice. He believes Veeva has a unique opportunity to help the industry take the next steps in its evolution to become more customer- and patient-focused.

Alexis brings more than 10 years of business consulting experience, helping customers define and optimize their business processes, while joining people, process, and technology to ensure success.

With experience leading multiple global initiatives, Alexis brings expertise in global content operating models and process harmonization to help customers get the most out of Veeva’s products. In addition to core PromoMats processes, Alexis has experience with dynamic multichannel content to create personalized HCP experiences.

Prior to joining Veeva, Alexis was at a large management consulting company leading systems implementation and change management initiatives across multiple industries.

She holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Brian brings more than 12 years of consulting experience in the life sciences industry, having delivered large-scale programs for companies ranging from pre-commercial to top enterprise. At Veeva, he leads global programs deploying our software, data, and consulting services to ensure consistent value is delivered to our customers.

Brian has deep expertise working with data, analytics, and AI to meet commercial goals in the U.S., Europe, and APAC. He specializes in understanding and overcoming the challenges of platform adoption to drive lasting business impact.

Prior to joining Veeva, Brian worked as a management consultant focused on the life sciences and healthcare data space. He holds a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Monicca is the global head of Medical Business Consulting at Veeva. She brings 12+ years of experience advising medical affairs teams in pharma of all sizes.

Monicca has worked extensively supporting pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle management of products in oncology, immuno-oncology, and neurology. She specializes in partnering with customers to define and execute on their medical vision and strategy. She has also led development of scientific communication platforms, integrated communication strategy and planning, KOL engagement planning, and omnichannel cross-functional engagement planning. Her specializes in enabling medical affairs teams for digital fitness. She has led digital transformation efforts within medical affairs organizations for teams responsible for scientific engagement, medical information, and medical communications.

Prior to Veeva, Monicca was the VP of Medical Strategy at MedThink SciCom, a scientific communications agency. She has a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Stony Brook University and completed her postdoctoral studies in neuronal regeneration. She is also a ISMPP Certified Medical Publications Professional and member of the Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS) Focus Area Working Group in Medical Communications.

Ryan leads the MedTech Business Consulting team for Veeva. He brings 15+ years of experience leading cross-functional strategies in med device and life sciences as both an industry leader and consultant.

With demonstrated success leading complex initiatives, he specializes in process harmonization and improvement, change management, operating model design, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategies. He believes that by applying a human-centric approach, we can help customers get the most out of Veeva’s technology and achieve their objectives.

Ryan received his B.A. in Economics from Bowdoin College and his M.B.A from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Sara serves as Head of Operations for the Business Consulting practice. She brings 14 years of experience building and managing global teams to support customers in the life sciences industry.

Prior to joining the Business Consulting practice, Sara worked across Veeva’s Commercial, R&D, and CP&C product suites focused on strategic and technical partner enablement as well as sales development.

Sara specializes in creating global programs, recruitment & people development, and building efficient infrastructure to help organizations scale.

Sara holds her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business Institutions from Northwestern University.

Aaron leads Veeva’s European consulting practice based in London. He has 18+ years of experience working with life sciences companies across Europe, focused on commercial strategy through to execution.

He specialises in commercial innovation, effectiveness, and digital transformation to help companies deliver great customer experiences and tangible, sustainable business impact. He is passionate about the infusion of technology and data to drive scalable and sustainable business transformation.

Prior to joining Veeva, Aaron led EY’s Life Sciences consulting practice in the UK&I, and before that, was at Accenture in its marketing sciences division. He has a 1st Class BSC with honours in business and management from Aston University.

Stephan is responsible for leading Veeva’s Global R&D Business Consulting Practice.

R&D Consulting at Veeva focuses on supporting and enabling our clients to continuously improve and innovate across the R&D value chain, at both the strategic and operational level in key areas such as Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Quality and Safety.

Stephan brings 20+ years of R&D experience from both academia and industry (Roche Pharmaceuticals), as well as Big 4 consulting at EY and most recently, Monitor Deloitte. He received his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Edinburgh University and completed his postdoctoral studies at Cambridge University.

Louisa leads the Medical Business Consulting practice in Europe and has 10+ years of experience advising life sciences customers on their strategic objectives across medical, R&D and commercial.

Louisa is focused on partnering with customers to define and optimise value across medical affairs. She has led global transformation programs across medical affairs, from operating model blueprint design and taskforces accelerating HCP & KOL engagement channel optimisation to omnichannel capability strategy and execution.

Prior to Veeva, Louisa was a business consultant with Accenture and EY Advisory. Louisa is also a member of the English Bar & is a qualified barrister (litigator).

Louisa holds an M.A. from the University of Cambridge in Business & Political Science, an MPhil from Glasgow University in International Politics, and a Law BPTC and GDL from London City University.

Shafi is responsible for leading Veeva’s Business Consulting Practice in Asia, with a focus on supporting our customers' commercial strategies through the design and delivery of solutions addressing core business issues faced in today's market.

Over the course of his more than 20-year career, Shafi has driven P&L growth strategies and achieved transformational change outcomes in various roles within management consulting and industry. He has held leadership roles at PwC, Accenture, and General Electric, where he led global growth strategies across sectors to penetrate new markets; he built and led a digital/IoT Asset Performance Management professional services organization at GE Healthcare; and led the pharmaceutical R&D practice at SailWing Consulting.

Shafi began his career as a research scientist focusing on transplant immunology at the University of Chicago. He holds a B.S. degree from Saint Louis University, an M.S. from the University of Missouri, and a graduate certificate from Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Sebastian leads Veeva’s LatAm Business Consulting Practice. He specializes in commercial excellence, launch excellence, and digital strategy, enabling clients to be more efficient and effective in meeting their commercial and medical goals.

Prior to Veeva, Sebastian dedicated 7+ years working as a business consultant for the life sciences industry at IQVIA. During that time, he managed various projects, including GTM modeling, forecast and business case design, KOL mapping, customer segmentation and targeting, and hybrid model deployments. His main focus was on the Brazilian market, but being an Argentinean, was involved in several regional projects as well.

Before focusing on the pharmaceutical industry, Sebastian spent 6+ years at Integration Consulting with a focus on business administration and finance-driven projects in several industries.
