Great VoiP quality and excellent support

VoiPStudio has an app with great call quality allied with a several features (sms, chat, recording, etc). And what made us move to VoiPStudio was as well receiving great and swift support. I definitely recomment this service provider

It seems good experience working with…

It seems good experience working with VoIP studio. They have a very user-friendly system that I liked the most.
Hopefully will work with these for a long time.

The features and price are great, VoIP security not so much

The features and price are great! The support is stellar. The one downside with VoIPStudio is that they don't support SRTP or SIPS which essentially means that communications between your phones and their servers are not encrypted. If this feature were added, I would certainly give them a 5 star rating.

We would love to help you resolve this, as secure signalling and media via SIP-TLS and SRTP is generally supported for both app and compatible handset users. In fact, it is mandatory for VoIPstudio app users as a built-in security feature.

Site is HARD to navigate, thats the least of its problems

Their website is complicated and backend is HARD to navigate. Their support takes a long time to do anything and generally doesnt understand business needs. Trying to explain a simple concept to their support fell on deaf ears. Not the greatest experience at all. We were exploring switching our call center to a Voip system and were disappointed, ended up going with someone else.

After reviewing your ticket history, the issue was related to your business reliability. Before providing any service, we need to confirm reliable use case scenario to comply to Federal Communications Commission requirements. You were using standard Gmail address, and unable to provide required business documentation, plus you added many numbers with no clarification of reliable use case scenario.

To be able to assist you with any configuration or provide any service, we first require verified use case scenario.

I am very satisfied with the services…

I am very satisfied with the services of the VoIP studio. The call quality is always excellent, with no interruptions or delays. The software is easy to use, and the customer support is quick and professional. I highly recommend it!

Easy porting of home phone

Easy setup and arrangement to port my domestic phone line away from bt to voipstudio, I can finally shut my bt line down completely since they cancelled our fibre install and we moved to starlink.
Plus many more features than would ever be available with a bt line, for a third of the price!

I used VoiPStudio to set up a local…

I used VoiPStudio to set up a local phone mailbox service to be used by charities and clubs etc. I'd tested out a lot of other similar VoiP providers, but their interfaces were really hard to navigate. I found the VoIP studio interface quite intuitive and I was able to create the mailboxes and associated IVR.
The support seems really good, there is always someone available to help.

I switched to VoIPstudio because…

I switched to VoIPstudio because the price and features seemed like a good fit. I will say I'm pleasantly surprised with the features!!! Their platform is substantially better than what I was using before. My only complaint is that they don't offer MMS which is frustrating but everything else is so amazing!

Excellent service and support

Have been using Voipstudio for many years. Their support is the the best you can find. Always available and always fix the issue. The prices are very inexpensive and the service is awesome. Works on our office phone lines and our cells. Just had an issue that they remoted in and fixed straight away. Thank you to Renier on support :)

Fantastic Soft Dialer - Integrates with CRM

I have used VoIP Studio as a single license and loved how it integrated with my CRM. The pricing is fantastic, and hard to find a lower cost anywhere. The auto-attendant handles my calls and routes them any way I like. Now I use it for a team of seven, and we love the chat feature. I was always getting texts and emails; now, I can answer quick questions without checking my phone.

We looked for an affordable HubSpot…

We looked for an affordable HubSpot solution for VoiP and VoiP Studio was very effective for that. Call quality is not completely perfect, but given the price, it's a good deal.

Their 2K Minutes Bundle is a good offer.

Works as expected, no hassle!

I have been testing this over the last month, so far this is really great! It works like it should for calls, texts and forwarding to my virtual answering service.

And it's no hassle.. I tried a few other services before this and they were unnecessarily difficult.

Best in business

Not being an IT expert the install was…

Not being an IT expert the install was so easy. I spoke with the customer service team and within minutes of my question the support team had set up my platform and my users. I am so comfortable with the knowledge that they are there to assist at any time. Thank you VoIPstudio.
