Huge thanks to Lauren, our Account Manager, who is always prompt to respond and resolve our many questions. We've used Pure360 and now moved to Spotler as its next iteration. The tools itself works really well and with new features and interface we're excited to see where it can take us in our email marketing.
We've been using Pure360 for many years and since Spotler acquired them, the service has only improved. Liv, our account manager is very proactive and sorts any queries out as quickly as possible.

The best of its kind
Mail+ is by far the most user-friendly email tool I have used. The speed of data import is incredibly quick, and the email builder is very friendly to use. Great customer service also - an all-around great experience!

We have been using Spotler’s Mail+ and Leads solutions for several years and continue to be very satisfied with the platform. One of the key benefits for us is how seamlessly Spotler integrates with Microsoft Dynamics, which makes managing our campaigns and leads much more efficient.

We get so much continual junk email not one not two but continual spamming emails from people that use Spotler.

Disappointing Service and Poor Communication
We have been using the KashFlow integration in Spotler daily, and it has been a crucial part of our business operations. Unfortunately, without any prior notification, Spotler removed this key integration feature.
The KashFlow integration is essential for our business. Without it, the CRM system is essentially useless to us. The fact that we were not notified of this removal in advance is deeply frustrating, especially since we contacted your support team just this month about the kashflow integration, and at no point was it mentioned that the feature would be discontinued.
Please take time to consider how important clear communication is to your customers so they can plan and manage their businesses with minimal interruption!

Lauren has been a great account manager at Spotler for us. In the time we've been using their tools we've had plenty of questions, bespoke requirements and technical challenges, and Lauren has been super working with us throughout.
We've had a bit of a mixed bag of results with the platform itself, but we've had support from the team throughout.

Great people behind a good product
Spotler is a solid, feature-rich email marketing tool that offers a variety of useful capabilities. The standout aspect is the dedicated and caring support team, especially our account manager Natalie, who has been fantastic. While the product itself is advanced and powerful, the onboarding process, at least when we used it over two years ago, felt a bit overwhelming. There's a lot to learn, and the onboarding could be more streamlined. Nonetheless, it's a reliable platform with excellent customer care.
