Good product

This is the best book keeping and accounting software that I have used...by far. It does have some kinks, but I value the relatively high level of transparency in terms of what it is doing so it is easier to spot any issues.

I have been a Holded user for a year

After my previous bad review, holded contacted me and informed me of all the modifications and improvements that were in progress and those that would come in the future. They are working hard and very fast to correct all the shortcomings. There is no doubt that it will be one of the reference tools in the cloud.

Awesome Customer Service

Great product and awesome Customer Service.
It's an easy to use platform, with a ton of useful features to manage your Invoicing, Costs and Taxes. Good sync with bank also.
Best of all is their awesome Customer Experience, very friendly and always ready to help. We have a lot to learn from them!

Doesn't sync with bank account

I've been using Holded for about 6 months now. It has not been able to to sync to my bank account for 3 of those months. Despite raising complaints about it, nothing is done to resolve it

Exceptional service. Look no further for transparent and quality solution and service!

Starting from their sales team, through the platform itself and ending with the customer service - I have to say this is the best experience with a provider I personally have had.
Transparent and honest - which is rare find. Unfortunately, we are all used to people trying to take advantage of us and we read the small script and look for traps - nothing like this with Holded. Transparent contract and billing, no hidden fees.
The team was extremely helpful when setting it all up and very reponsive when we had questions afterwards.
Genuinely impressive! Wish the company all the best!
Being a small company - for us it has been the best solution we could have found. All in one place, in a very user-friendly layout.
100% recommended!

New Account for Holded

I am leaning, it looks great but need to spend more time on the platform , we are swapping one of our clients to the system and it is looking great

Client does not matter

For at least 4 years, I have been asking these guys to synchronise bank accounts in Luxembourg (mostly the same as in France or Germany) and for help to have the same items in the Plan Comptable.
Nothing was done. They do not really care about the client, and now they became IA driven (chat) and much more expensive. Do not look at HOLDED if you are working in France, Germany, Belgium, or Luxembourg.

Holded - a great all in one business solution but the accountancy package needs further functionality and refinement

We use Holded for all of our business requirements and it has some excellent features, CRM, Team/HR and inventory ERP.

The online chat support is very good but they have limited abilities apart from referring back to the developers.

We do however struggle with certain items for UK based businesses as it hasn't been setup for Making Tax Digital (MTD), and it is difficult if your company FY is not a calendar year as all of the Tax reports are setup up for calendar years, it also does not link with HSBC business bank accounts for reconciliation so this is a manual laborius process currently.

Holded has all the workings of an excellent business solution but does need to have various refinements in regards to UK tax requirements (our accountants basically said it is 80% completed on a good accountancy program, just needs further functionality and refinement).

We do see that it is still evolving and are excited to see what is available in the future.

*Our accountant is exploring if we can use Holded's API to link to Xero for accounting reasons only (VAT and End of year returns) and use Holded for all other business related activities.

Good product but its customer services…

Good product but its customer services is a joke!. Its customer service is worse than any other big IT. When you get your account manager they dont even reply to your emails. Have a look at some other optioms in the market.
