GoDaddy still has a variety of options to resolve any issues, including email, AI , but also via a phone call. Their representatives are very nice and helpful... only write this because it is a pleasant surprise in 2025 to still have personal service...especially with online vendors.
This platform is truly aweful, the server is slow and customer support isn't helpful. Everything keeps disconnecting and not working. After googling about other users experience it turns out this Godaddy buys good reviews, and all they are is a sales company at this point. Be careful, their software is not stable. They also delete bad reviews
I’ve been with Go Daddy for a number of years, this year I’ve been charged twice for my package, apparently I have one account which isn’t live with no content which has never been mentioned previously, they’ve charged me for it and it’s none refundable. I’ve spent hours trying to explain a very simple issue and they continue to reject my refund claim. I now can’t access my work emails and website, even though I’ve paid for them. Beyond frustrated. Thanks Go Daddy for truly terrible experience.

Simple email set up after purchase. It hung on setting it up. First tech said make these DNS changes, which I did and he assured me it would be available for use within 24-48 hours. It wasn't. So far this morning I've been 'served' by 4 different techs with exactly the same script saying don't worry, I'm here to help, I've raised a ticket, and I understand your frustration. FOUR TIMES already - like groundhog day. In the meantime, no solution has been concluded for a very simple issue. GoDaddy support was always excellent in the past and now, it is a shambles. This is not the first time I have had issues with a hanging email set up and last time it was about a week so I wrote to the CEO. I got NO response, not even any acknowledgment. GoDaddy don't care about you, as long as they are charging your credit card and boosting revenue. Shame there was no option for 0 stars.
