Itinerary
Day 1
- NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport – Gangtok (120 km in 4-5 hours)
- Meeting and greet on arrival at the railway station or the airport
- Transfer to Gangtok (5,410 ft.), the capital of Sikkim
- On arrival, check-in to the hotel
- The evening is free at leisure
- Overnight stay in Gangtok
Day 2
- After breakfast, start for a full-day city tour (starts at 8:30 am - 4:00 pm)
- Cover Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok
- Also, visit Ranka Monastery, Banjhakri Falls, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre
- Later, discover Dro-dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology and Flower show
- Overnight stay in Gangtok
Day 3
- Early morning at 4:00 am, drive to Tiger Hill to watch the sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak)
- On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop
- After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock and Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed)
- Also, visit Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda (4 hours from 9.00 to 13.00 hours)
- The evening is free at leisure
- Overnight stay in Darjeeling
- Optional evening (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm) toy train joy ride can be done on this day at an additional cost
- Tickets can be booked online through IRCTC {From - DJ To - DJRZ} and cab waiting charges would be applicable if required
Day 4
- Gangtok - Darjeeling (115 km/4 hrs)
- After breakfast, drive to Darjeeling via Teesta
- On arrival, check-in to the hotel
- Spend the evening at leisure
- Overnight stay in Darjeeling
Day 5

- After breakfast, drive to Mirik (5,900 ft.) – 45 km in 2 hrs
- Enjoy boating and horse riding at Mirik Lake
- En route, stop over at India - Nepal border, Pashupati Market
- Spend the evening at leisure
- A walk to Chowrasta & Mall Road is suggested
- Overnight stay in Darjeeling
Day 7
- Darjeeling – NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport (98 km/3 hrs)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel
- Get a transfer to NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey
