Difference between natural gas and LNG


I REFER to the letter “Colossal task to identify issues in rest of pipeline” (The Star, July 3). I would like to highlight two inaccuracies presented by the writer.

Firstly, in Malaysia’s nationwide gas pipeline network, it is natural gas (NG), not liquefied natural gas (LNG) as stated, that is transported through the pipelines.
