Mentorship Program: Over the years, we established a structured Mentorship Program for Teraneters to learn from and support one another, as we are a talent-driven organization that continues this year as well. Mentees are given the encouraging structure they require to positively influence their individual career paths by matching them with mentors. Having a reason to share their expertise and experience is also advantageous to mentors.
Community Engagement: Teranet is proud of its dedication to community service. To help our employees positively impact the communities we serve, we provide them with a day off to volunteer for a charitable cause.
Hybrid Work Approach: We continue to maintain a flexible, hybrid work approach, which supports our employees’ work-life balance and enhances their well-being.
