The SV 104 is a noise dosimeter that meets the specifications of IEC 61252 and ANSI S1.25-1991 for measuring workplace noise levels and hearing protection by health and safety regulations. The instrument measures noise dose and noise levels in the large measurement range of 55 dB to 140 dB. Results are recorded into three independently configurable profiles, which means that the measurement can be performed per three different sets of settings simultaneously (such as exchange rate or time constants). The SV 104 noise dosimeter uses a patented MEMS microphone that is covered by a lifetime warranty. This ensures that the noise exposure measurements are as accurate as possible under the ISO 9612, OSHA, MSHA, and ACGIH guidelines.
As defined by ISO 8041, a Human Vibration Meter (HVM) is a device that uses a vibrational transducer, signal processor, and display to measure human response to vibrations. HVM is typically used in hand-arm vibration measurements to prevent HAVS. In whole-body, they are typically used for the calculation of Vibration Dose Value.
SV 103 Human Vibration Meter (Personal Human Vibration Exposure Meter) is dedicated to hand-arm vibration measurements. The instrument meets ISO 8041:2021 and is the ideal choice for making measurements according to ISO 5349 and European Directive 2002/44/EC. The SV 103 Human Vibration Meter significantly decreases the measurement uncertainty as the instrument is attached to the user’s arm and is small enough to take daily vibration exposure measurements without interfering with normal working activities.
The SV 103 Human Vibration Meter uses our latest accelerometer, the SV 107, that has a contact force sensor in addition to the standard accelerometer. Contact force is the sum of grip force and push force and is therefore a measurement of how firmly a user is holding the vibrating tool. This is a recommendation of the new standards and the reading from the contact force sensor is also displayed on the screen.
The SV 107 accelerometer is based on MEMS, the very latest in transducers technology. MEMS gives many advantages including shock resistance, very low power consumption and frequency response down to DC. The usage of MEMS breaks the technological barrier of a weight and dimensions additionally reducing the cost of the complete system.
The SV100A Whole-Body Vibration Dosimeter is a wireless whole-body vibration exposure meter suitable for whole-body measurements in accordance with ISO 2631-1. Suitable for taking measurements both on the seat and seat-back, the device uses the very latest technology and is ease of use. The instrument is equipped with 4 push buttons and a small OLED display that allows basic configuration in the field.
The device is equipped with both RMS and RMQ detectors which allows the calculation of Daily Vibration Exposure A(8) based on RMS and VDV simultaneously. All measurement results are stored in a large 8 GB internal memory which allows continuous recording over long periods. The standard 2.0 USB interface allows fast data download and is also used for battery recharging.
For advanced users, the SV 100A offers frequency analysis in 1/1 or 1/3 octaves and time domain signal recording to wave format in accordance to ISO 2631-5 that is compatible with popular recalculation software. The SV 100A is fully configurable with our Supervisor software. It can quickly and easily be setup for all the weighting filters required by ISO standards.
SV307A noise monitoring station is an all-in-one environmental noise monitoring station based on a patented MEMS microphone technology covered by a lifetime warranty. The SV307A Noise monitoring station has been designed for permanent environmental noise monitoring in all weather conditions – it uses smart solutions to control the internal temperature and detect any hardware failures. The new housing is made of strong material that protects internal electronics: class 1 sound level meter with 4G and GPS modems. The measurement data includes noise levels, statistics, and spectra together with audio files that can be triggered on level or time. The advanced triggering provides also the possibility of noise prediction to alarm the user before certain noise levels are reached. For the remote monitoring applications, the SV 307A connects to the SvanNET Service, where all measurement data is accessible via a web interface. Moreover, SvanNET makes it possible to connect to SV 307A to listen to the live noise from the microphone!
SV200A noise monitoring station is the top-of-the range station with built-in microphones for NOISE DIRECTIVITY detection. This revolutionary solution enables identification of dominant noise sources providing information about their location both in vertical and horizontal directions. In practice, the measurement of directionality gives the opportunity to indicate the dominant source of noise in the area of measurement or to exclude unwanted events.
Four additional microphones located on sides of the housing use the sound intensity technique to detect the DIRECTION of a DOMINANT NOISE SOURCE both in the vertical and horizontal axes. The Leq distribution in angle sectors is saved as the time-history and can be used for data filtering and reporting.
Station can perform a real-time frequency analysis in 1/1 and 1/3 OCTAVE bands and save it as time-history data. Additionally it can record the AUDIO SIGNAL for NOISE SOURCES RECOGNITION and data recalculation.
The ADVANCED ALARMS function can send e-mail and SMS notifications triggered by threshold level conditions combined with time conditions. Station’s status alarms are also available.
The 4G MODEM, WLAN and LAN provide fast data transfer over the Internet to PC with standard Internet connectivity. SvanNET enables a plug & play connection to Internet and easy management of measurement projects. Regardless of the SIM card type, Public or Private, SvanNET will establish connection, giving full access to the measurement data via WEB BROWSER. The Bluetooh® and Wireless LAN provide access point for an easy configuration with the SvanNET Application.
Following ISO 1996-2 requirements, the SV 200A is using the ELECTROSTATIC ACTUATOR to perform the periodic system check. CHECKING OF THE COMPLETE MEASUREMENT CHAIN including the microphone is the advantage of using electrostatic actuator method.
The accurate GPS module provides information on the localization as well as measurement TIME SYNCHRONIZATION.

SV 111 Portable Vibration Calibrator is a multi-frequency vibration calibrator designed for in-situ checks according to ISO 8041. The SV 111 is suitable for calibration checks of various types of vibration meters at different frequencies from 16 Hz up to 640 Hz. Depending on the selected frequency user may select level of calibration from 1 m/s2 to 10 m/s2. Shaker can be loaded with large weight up to 1 kilogram at 16 Hz.
The design of the calibrator is based on the built-in triaxial reference accelerometer and microprocessor-controlled shaker. Following ISO 8041 requirement the reference accelerometer measures the cross-axis / transverse vibrations to detect interference on the calibration signal. Faults caused by transverse vibrations are indicated by three LEDS on the calibrator’s panel. This unique solution ensures the excellent stability of the calibration level & frequency independently from mass of the testing object.
For calibration checks of tri-axial sensors set of dedicated adapters is available including a special adapter to Svantek whole-body sensors (seat-pads) for direct mounting on the shaker. Other types of vibration transducers can be conveniently attached using mounting stud, mounting disc or dedicated adapter.
