WWW.REX.COM.PH Adolescence – the transition period from childhood to adulthood The three phases of adolescence are: (1) Early Adolescence – 11–13 years old; (2) Middle Adolescence – 13–17 years old; and (3) Late Adolescence – 17–19 years old. It is a combination of your beliefs, personality, skills, values, background, and life goals. It is how you define yourself as an adolescent (Rogers, 2018). What Is Adolescence?
