- 1. CYPRUS 2015
- 2. 27th September • We arrived to Cyprus at 2 PM. The flight was good and we didn't have any problems. We ate some food at KFC and then we saw the mosaics and the Rock of the Greek. Then, we went to the school parking lot and met our partners for the first time. Next, we went to their homes. I ate pizza with Charalambos' family and we sat together talking up to 11 PM. It was a great day.
- 4. 28th September • It was the first day at school. People were so crazy but really friendly. Everyone looked at us and someone wanted to take a selfie. During workshop we built Lego robots in the international Polish-Cypriot groups. It was very interesting. Me and my Polish friends taught our partners to play our Polish game which we call "potato" in Poland. The lessons there end at 1.35 PM so we came back home at 2 PM. The school is really beautiful. My partner too! We have many topics to discuss and similar interests.
- 6. 29th September • We were in Larnaka. We rested on the beach called MacKenzie. We swam in the sea and played volleyball together. We came back home at about 5 PM. At home Charalambos taught me how to play the FIFA video game on the PlayStation 3 but it wasn't easy for me. Next, we ate supper and sat with his family. Then we met with our friends and had a great time. That meeting was really funny.
- 7. 3th September • We were at the school. I attended my partner’s lessons of Greek, English, and Maths as well. We programmed LEGO robots, too. It was quite challenging but I enjoyed it! After school we rested and at 7.50 PM we had a disco up to 12 PM. We were dancing and having fun together.
- 10. 1st October • That day was the Independence Day of Cyprus so we had free time with partners and their families. In the morning, we were in the mountains and did some shopping. In the afternoon, we ate a dinner in a restaurant. At about 6 PM we went to Stavros' house and then we went to a bistro to watch a match with other people from the exchange. When the match ended we went for a walk with some of my new friends
- 12. 2nd October • Today, we visited a church and next we ate dinner on the beach (in Limassol). We sang songs together on the bus. In the evening, we were in a shopping mall with all of the partners. I ate an ice cream. Next, we went for a short walk to the playground. We sat there for 30 minutes and came back home. It was nice that day.
- 14. 3rd October • We were on the most beautiful beach in Cyprus with Charalambos' parents and our friends. At 7 PM we were at birthday party of Marina. We were there to about 10 PM. I was tired so I went to my bedroom and fell asleep. It was great but tiring
- 16. 4th October • That day, me, my partner and our friends attended Stavros' match, but his team didn't win it. At about 4 PM we went with other people from the exchange to the Troodos mountains. We went for a walk, drank some coffee and ate ice creams. We talked and played together! We came back about at 7 PM and 15 minutes later we went to the wedding reception. It was the fastest party in my life- only 1 hour! We attended it, said our congratulations to the groom and the bride, ate something and we came back home. Then, we went to a cafe bar with Alicja and Gosia. We came back at 11 PM. I learned some Greek because it is a
- 18. 5th October • Today we were in the school and attended LEGO workshops and some other lessons. We solved Maths and Physics problems and created a mini-dictionary of robotics. After the school, Charalamobos and I attended French lesson with Eleni - his sister- and then we went to Anastasia's house. We stayed there for 30-40 minutes and went to the park. We prepared a surprise party for Natalia. We had a birthday cake and a few gifts for her. We all had great time that day - like each of the previous days.
- 20. 6th October • Today we were in Nicosia. We bought a few souvenirs, then we went to watch views. There was also a small museum on the top of the watch tower. Next we had a free time so again, we went to eat something. We came back to the school about 11 AM. We went to the class and we got gifts from the school officials. At about 6 PM we went to Alex and Zuzia's place. We went for a walk and then we ate a pizza. At the end, it was a last day so we wanted to spend it together. When we came back I completed packing my luggage.
- 24. 7th October • Today we were going back to Poland. At 2.30 AM we were on the school parking. We said goodbye to everyone. All of the Polish girls cried because they will miss their partners and new friends from Cyprus. When I said goodbye to Charalambos' mum we both cried. I really liked them and I'll
