Review of Current Performance Metrics
• Incidents and Accidents: Reviewed incident
reports from the last quarter. Noted a
decrease in incidents, attributed to recent
training interventions.
• Compliance Audits: Compliance with
regulatory standards was 95%, with minor
non-compliances addressed promptly.
• Employee Feedback: Survey results were
discussed, revealing high levels of
satisfaction regarding the health and safety

A. Policy and Objectives:
• Current policies were affirmed as effective;
however, the need for regular updates to reflect
changes in legislation and industry standards was
recognized.
• Proposed setting specific, measurable objectives
for each department to enhance accountability.
B. Risk Assessment and Control Measures:
• Detailed analysis of recent risk assessments
showed that while most high-risk areas are
managed well, the need for updated assessments
in two departments was identified.
• Proposed regular reviews every six months to

C. Training and Awareness
• Recognition of the success of recent training programs,
including fire safety and emergency response.
• Discussion of further expanding training modules to
include mental health awareness and ergonomics to
reduce work-related injuries.
D. Communication and Consultation
• Evaluated the effectiveness of communication
channels. Suggested improved digital tools to facilitate
real-time updates and feedback from employees.
• A proposal for an annual Health and Safety Days was
made to encourage active participation from all
employees.

E. Performance Monitoring and Measurement
• Proposed the implementation of a new tracking system
that automates the collection of safety performance

• Agreement on the importance of maintaining accurate

F. Emergency Preparedness and Response
• Reviewed emergency drills conducted over the past
year. Encouraged more frequent and varied drills (e.g.,
scenarios involving natural disasters) to enhance
employee preparedness.
