Abstract

• Robotic arms have significantly changed the automation landscape across industries.
• These devices replicate human movements and are programmable for various tasks.
• Widely used in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and more sectors.
• Enhance efficiency in operations.
• Ensure precision in tasks that require high accuracy.
INTRODUCTION

• That allows us to quickly build projects for controlling and monitoring the date
project dashboard and add widgets like button, display, sliders, etc.
• For controlling microcontrollers and other peripherals. Using these widgets we
can control the devices and can monitor the sensor data on the phone screen.
• From assembly lines to paint shops these robotic arms are used extensively in
Automotive Manufacturing Industries.
• Recently with the advancement of technology and advent of Internet of thins
(IoT), Robotic arms have also started to plunge in the Medical Applications
allowing doctors to perform surgeries remotely by controlling the robotic arm
wirelessly.
REVIEW OF LITERATURE
• Author Kabalci, Ersan, Alper Gorgun, and Yasin Kabalci: Introduces An instant monitoring
infrastructure of a renewable energy generation system that is constituted with a wind
turbine and solar panel arrays.
• The monitoring platform is based on current and voltage measurements of each renewable
source. The related values are measured with the developed sensing circuits and processed
by an 18F4450 microcontroller of Microchip.
• The processed parameters are then transmitted to a personal computer (PC) over universal
serial bus (USB) to be saved in a database and to observe the system instantly.
• The coded visual interface of monitoring software can manage the saved data to analyze
daily, weekly and monthly values of each measurement separately.
• Jiju, K., et al: Describes the development of an online monitoring and control system for
distributed Renewable Energy Sources (RES) based on Android platform.
• This method utilizes the Bluetooth interface of Android Tablet or Mobile phone, as a
communication link for data exchange with digital hardware of Power Conditioning Unit (PCU).

CONCLUSION
• Although research on robotic arm has been conducted in the past, the lack of technology
applied has given the chance to conduct this research by implementing IoT for the robotic
arm. Android mobile device is utilized as the platform to remotely controlled this robotic
arm to perform the pick and place operations.
• Future research needs to examine the effects of other types of sensor and actuator. Radio
control servo motor with greater angle of rotation can be used to improve the reachability
of the robotic arm.
• Finally, future research and development in this research is greatly encourage to bring
benefits and advancement in industrial and smart home automation system which we can
operate from our phone in blynk app with help of IoT
