ABSTRACT
The project is implemented in java using servlets, MYSQL database.
This classification patent bases on keywords using data mining to replace the current manual
system
Main aim of the project is to create and manage patent information for an organization .
It is involved in the process of storing and multiple searching of information from the database
In present trend search engines are used by every for finding required information on the web.
For every search engine results are more useful website with correct information so in the project
we collect information from CSIR-CLRI patent department
Hence the project is designed in classification patent bases on keywords using data mining. 2
OBJECTIVE
The main objective of this project is to:
TO Develop an web based system that is Systematic and Comfortable
TO Design the Architecture of the system and its Functionalities
TO setup the platform and Server Environment
TO Test the reliability of the System

ABSRACT: With the continuous development and application of blockchain technology, the academic
and commercial circles are constantly exploring the research directions and practical application of
Blockchains Today, in the financial, sale, medical and other fields, the blockchain has already played
its advantages. In this paper, we focus on the related research and applications of blockchain
technology in the field of intellectual property, analyze the academic research and commercial
application in this direction, and try to provide a new feasible direction for the research and
development of the blockchain in the next stage.

EXISTING SYSTEM
As on today the data are managed only with Ms excel.
The reports including Year Wise, Title wise are generated manually
DISADVANTAGE
Real time updation is not possible
Multi search option facility is very difficult to implement
5
PROPOSED SYSTEM
It is proposed to replace the existing system of data management into web based tool
The proposed system will benefit in generation of various report time to time
ADVANTAGES:
Real time updation is possible
Multi search option facility is implement the keywords

FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
There are much more can be done for this system.
Currently the system is having some limitation as it is not fully automated in functioning.
Also, there is no document management system yet.
for future upgrade, there system is hoped to be able to use for master and PhD level.
It is also recommended to be able to upload files or reports archiving.
The system may also provide a means for the documents search in real time online.

CONCLUSION
A web based software system CPKDM management system will be introduced to provide a
comfortable environment of management. this project is a comprehensive solution to the problems
faced by the manual patent management. the success of the CPKDM management system will reduce
the weight of IP coordinators, simplify the protocol and increase the performance of all the
management. the feasibility of the project is guaranteed so this project should really be developed and
implemented. the CPKDM management system is hoped to perform very well in enhancing the quality
of patent management.
