USE OF SIMPLE LANGUAGE

• The Sender should keep in mind the receiver while choosing


the words and phrases.
• The message should be sent in simple & easy to understand
language.
• Chosen words should be appropriate to the level of receiver.
• Double meaning words like leave should not be used in the
message.
• There should be least use of technical words like debugging
• Feedback ensures that his message
has been conveyed as he desired.
• Avoid asking listener, “have you

• The tone & content of the message should
not provide any harm to the sentiments of
listener.
• The tone you use to convey the message
must be appropriate.
• The contents of the message should be
short & simple.
