Kabir das was an Indian poet and a saint who

influenced thousands of people with his divine
spiritual path , beliefs, ethics, and poetries. Saint
Kabir was born in 1440 in the month of Jyestha on
Purnima. Although the brahmamuhurat birth time
made him the poet, his followers celebrated his
birth anniversary as Sant GURU KABIR Jayanti
every year.
Kbir das is a first Indian poet and a saint to
coordinate Hinduism and islam by giving a
universal path for the religions. The hindus
followed his philosophy. He belives that of the two

include Kabir Bijak, Holy Agams, Vasant Mnagal,
The Suknidhan, Sabdas,Sakhis and Rekhatas.He
wrote his dohas boldly and narturally, signifying
the values of life. Moreover, he include the sense
of world in his couplet and dohas that are beyond
my comparison.
Sant Kabir bhakti and sufi movements in medieval
india and was also apromoter and follower of
ahimsa, turning people’s minds through his
movement and couplets.

 MEANING
In this doha, Kabir emphasizes the
value of each and every breath we
take and how precious our life is.
He reminds us that we often take
our lives for granted, not realizing
their true value until it's too late.
Just as we understand the true
value of something only after losing
it, we regret neglecting our lives
and the decisions we made when

सुन-सुन आवै हांसी। अन्तर गया
तो जान सगाई, बाहेर कथा भ्रामक
फांसी।। (The fish is thirsty in
the water – I laugh at the
irony. True knowledge lies
within, but people keep
searching outside.) .
 MEANING
InThis doha shows Kabir using the
metaphor of a fish swimming in
water, yet being thirsty for it. This
symbolizes the spiritual
fulfillment and knowledge that
people search for outside
themselves, instead of looking
within. After all, what is spiritual
fulfillment and knowledge if it
doesn't come from within?
Seeking these things in the outer
world, instead of realizing the
vastness and depth of the inner

who are blind

religion. Kabir says
you spent your life
turning the beads of
the rosary but could
not turn your own
heart. Leave the
rosary and try to

होय।सांस छूट जब जाएगा, तब पछताए

potter is currently controlling and shaping
the soil, but one day, when the potter dies,
the soil will 'control' him by covering his
body (as in burial).3. Metaphor: The
process of kneading the soil by the potter
is metaphorically compared to life and
death. The potter's dominance over the
soil is temporary, as in death, the roles will
reverse.4. Alliteration: The repetition of

temporary aspect of existence in these
teachings. He challenges the human
tendency to look beyond for meaning and
fulfillment rather than inside, where real
serenity and contentment exist, by using
compelling comparisons. Kabir warns us
against wasting our limited time on earth,
emphasizing the value of each breath and
the need of not taking it for granted.
Additionally, he challenges religious
rituals' superficial practices and
encourages followers to put more effort
into changing their souls than into just
carrying out visible demonstrations of
