What did you do?
Last Saturday was very nice and busy for Jenny. She got up very early in the morning and prepared a
nice breakfast for herself. She ate fried eggs, pancakes, honey, butter, cheese and drank a full glass of
orange juice. After breakfast, she took a shower, brushed her teeth and put on some make-up. She
wore her favorite dress and shoes and left home. The weather was sunny and warm so she walked to
the shopping mall. She met Chris, her best friend, and they went in and out of the shops together.
Jenny bought some clothes for herself, a nice watch for her dad and a beautiful pair of shoes for her
mom. After shopping they were both tired and hungry, so they went to a restaurant. Jenny ate some
delicious steak pasta and Chris had salad, fries, rice and chicken. Chris also had a cheesecake for
dessert. They talked about what to do after lunch. They finally decided to watch a drama at the
movies. Jenny bought the tickets while Chris bought some popcorn and fresh orange juice. The film
was very touching. After the film Jenny said goodbye to her friend and visited the bookstore to take a
look at the latest books and articles. After that, she took a taxi and went home. It was 6 p.m. when she
finally got home. She immediately put on her pajamas and watched some TV series. Then she went to
the kitchen and helped her mom make the dinner. Then she went to her room and listened to some
music and surfed the Net. It was almost 11:00 p.m. when she grabbed a glass of milk, some cookies
and started reading a book that she bought. After 20 minutes reading, she fell asleep.
