Research two recipes:
Research two food items that would compliment the theme of your party to offer as
menu items to your client. Make sure you include the complete recipe (a recipe is a list
of ingredients + directions for making it).
For example: a meatball dish and an alfredo dish.

You will be very specific.
You will calculate the amount of meat needed for each recipe: How much meat per
person per recipe; for example, 4 oz. of chicken per person. How many will one recipe
feed; how many recipes do you need to feed 300? How much meat will need to be
ordered (how many pounds?) This goes on slide 8.

Calculate:
You are calculating the cost of meat for each recipe you listed on the previous
slides. Remember, this will feed 300 people.
What will the menu look like for this party?
On the next slide, create a menu for your client to view and approve.
It must be written in menu form. (Google this if you are not sure what this looks like)
Be clear and exact.
Include: drinks to be offered, breads, salad, vegetable dishes, main dishes, and
desserts
If you include a salad, include salad dressings to be offered.
You must include recipes for each item offered.

What disposable plates, forks, spoons, knives, napkins, glasses will you use. Try
to match them to your theme, or pick to compliment your theme. List prices per
