A Student Feedback Management System is a software
application designed to collect, manage, and analyze
feedback provided by students regarding various aspects
of their academic experience. The system aims to gather
insights about teaching quality, course content,
infrastructure, and other academic services, helping
educational institutions enhance the overall learning
environment.
 This project provides an efficient and organized way to
handle feedback by allowing students to submit their
opinions through an easy-to-use interface which is used to
make informed decisions to improve the quality of
education and student satisfaction.

 The primary goal of the system is to enhance the

Problem definition and Scope:
 Collecting and managing student feedback is often
done manually or through unstructured methods, such
as paper surveys or informal discussions. These
methods are time-consuming, prone to errors. As a
result, institutions struggle to process and analyze
large amounts of feedback .
 The Student Feedback Management System aims to
address these problems by automating the collection,
categorization, and analysis of feedback, ensuring a
more efficient, and effective process.
 The system will help institutions improve the quality
of education by offering a platform for students to
voice their opinions in a structured and secure manner,
to enhance the learning environment.
