Parts of a Spreadsheet
• The Microsoft Excel file is called worksheet. Each worksheet
contains columns and rows. The columns are lettered A to IV and composed of 16,384 columns and the rows are numbered from 1 to 1,048,576 rows. The combination of column and row coordinates makes up a cell address. Here are the parts of a spreadsheet and their uses: Title Bar This is located at the top of the Excel screen. On the title bar, Microsoft Excel displays the name of the workbook you are currently using CELL A cell is an intersection of a column and row. Each cell has a unique cell address.
