method of teaching followed by visual aids.

• Quizzes: There will be a quiz at the end of each chapter
(can be surprised as well).

class and also will be given as home assignments.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
• In today’s world, organizations have realized that it is
equally as important to recruit, retain, lead and coach
their employees, as it is to ensure that they are being
fairly evaluated.
• In this course you will learn to design and implement a
successful performance management systems.
• More emphasis will be given on practical findings and up
to date applications that would be helpful for them in
practical life. In addition to these students will be taught
to design and manage careers of their HR.
