Angelite Prayer
Almighty God,
We glorify you for giving us the Angelite charism.
We thank you for the gift of your Son, Jesus Christ,
Who is the Way, Truth and Life.
We bless you for the continuous guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Grant us, we pray, courage and strength
That we may give perpetual praise to you in whatever we do.
We ask this through Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Oh, Holy Guardian Angels, guide us and protect is!
Laus Deo Semper!

Group Policies
are collections of user and computer
configuration settings that specify how programs,
network resources, and the operating system
work for users and computers in an organization.
Group Policy Objects or GPOs
are collections of Group Policy settings. Each
computer running Microsoft Windows Server
has one local GPO and can, in addition, be
subject to any number of nonlocal (Active
Directory–based) GPOs.lma Thresa

Group Policy Planning Strategies
There are three parts to planning Group Policy:
■ Plan the Group Policy settings necessary for computers and users
at each level (sites, domains, and OUs).
■ Plan the GPOs necessary for computers and users at each level
(sites, domains, and OUs).
■ Plan administrative control of GPOs.

Group Policy Planning Strategies
Planning GPOs
For each site, domain, and OU, you must determine how Group Policy
settings should be arranged into GPOs. Base the arrangement of Group Policy
settings on the users and computers that require them. You can arrange Group
Policy settings in the following ways in a GPO:
■ Single setting GPO
■ Multiple setting GPO
■ Dedicated setting GPO Dr. Alma Thresa D. Manaloto

Windows Server's Pricing Differs
Dr. Alma Thresa D. Manaloto
Businesses historically installed Windows Server on
a physical onsite server, which has much greater
hardware capabilities than a workstation as
mentioned above. However, you also have the
option of running Windows Server in a cloud 13
service like Microsoft Azure.
Assignment for next week:
Identify the different versions of Windows Server
from 2016 until 2022. Compare its features,
hardware requirements and cost.
Check your Canvas for submission details.
