Democratic leadership, is a leadership style in which
members of the group participate in the decision-making
process (Cherry, 2024). With a democratic leadership style,
everyone is given the opportunity to participate, ideas

Laissez-faire leadership is a hands-off approach where leaders
delegate decision making authority to their followers and
allow them to work on their own (Mollah,2018). Leaders of this
style are more aloof in nature and leave all the decision-
making power to the employees in the organization.
