EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
I. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS
Rollit is a start-up bakery establishment located
at CPG North Avenue, fronting Dr. Cecilio Putong
National High School. Rollit expects to catch the
interest of students and other locals with its broad
variety of roll breads. The company plans to build a
strong market position in the City of Tagbilaran, due
to the mild competitive climate in the area. Rollit
aims to offer its product at a price that students and
local market area residents can afford.
II. MISSION STATEMENTS

V. BRIEF PROFILE OF THE ENTREPRENUERS
Shaira Jean G. Jumawid

An entrepreneur that is responsible for the overall


condition of the business. With her exceptional
mathematical and analytical skills, she is also in-charge
in reviewing the sales and profit. She is equipped with a
strong leadership skill that helps in guiding her fellow
entrepreneur. She is currently enrolled in Dr. Cecilio
Putong National High School (DCPNHS), taking up
Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS).
Mary Kyle P. Enriquez

A responsible entrepreneur equipped with


the beauty and skills. Her audacity is her greatest
point which helps the group in facing various
types of costumers. She is currently enrolled in
Dr. Cecilio Putong National High School
(DCPNHS), taking up Humanities and Social
Sciences (HUMSS).
Mitzi Sofia S. Fuentes

An entrepreneur responsible for keeping


the money of the group. She has the passion
to be a successful in everything that she will

Lenley S. Logroño

A reliable entrepreneur that has good


interpersonal skills. She is enthusiastic in

Francisco Pinsoy

Description of the
Product
Roll Bread is the key product
of Rollit Corporation. Its golden coat and
crunchiness on the outside matched
with meaty hotdogs and creamy
mayonnaise on the inside will give you
an explosion of delight that no one could
ever resist. These fillings are extra rich
and delicious making our roll breads
smell appetizing while baked. Just a
look to our product together with its
inviting aroma is already satisfying. Roll
bread is prepared with extra love and
care that makes it different from others.
These are easy to make and appeal to
people of all ages looking for a tasty
treat in a small size. Aside from it is very
affordable to everyone especially to the
students, teachers and to the residents
near to the market area, it also gives
great satisfaction through the best
quality of hotdogs that is cut into strips,
flattened bread, creamy mayonnaise
and it is coated with breadcrumbs.
Since it is a mouth watery product,
customers always seek for it. For we
believe that “A flavorful taste will always
be chased.”

Roll Bread is the key product of Rollit
Corporation. Its golden coat and
crunchiness on the outside matched with
meaty hotdogs and creamy mayonnaise
on the inside will give you an explosion of
delight that no one could ever resist. Since
it is a mouth watery product, customers
always seek for it. For we believe that “A
flavorful taste will always be chased.”

Our roll bread is different from others
because it does not just focus on the
product but also the bakery environment
which customers seek for high-quality
food. Rollit is offering superior quality
products in affordable prices. In order to
ensure quality product, Rollit always
emphasize cleanliness and sanitation, use
of quality ingredients, and is always sure
that all its roll breads are properly made.
Location
Our business establishment is located at CPG
North Avenue, Cogon District, Tagbilaran City, Philippines,
fronting Dr. Cecilio Putong National High School. Our
establishment is at its best location for it will attract and
focus on the specific target market.
Market Area
As we have planned, we will sell forty-four pieces
(44) of roll breads per day at the school campus of Dr.
CecilioPutong National High School.
Target Customer
Since the business is located near to a school, it
strongly prioritizes the students and teachers of DCPNHS
as the target customer of the business and might also
include the residents near the market area.

PRODUCTION PLAN
Production Process:
Procedure on how to make a Roll Bread:
1. Trim edges of the bread and with a rolling pin, flatten until very
thin. Arrange a piece of hotdog, place cheese strip at the edge
of bread, spread the mayonnaise, and then roll the bread into a
log to enclose filling. Press lightly on seams to completely seal
(or secure with toothpicks and remove when ready to dredge in
bread crumbs). Repeat with remaining bread slices.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well-beaten. In a shallow dish,
combine bread crumbs.
3. Dip bread rolls in egg mixture and roll in bread mixture, patting
down crumbs to fully coat.
4. In a wide, thick-bottomed pan over medium heat, heat about 2-
inch deep of oil. Place prepared bread rolls seam side down and
fry until golden, turning on sides as needed. Remove from pan
and drain on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Serve hot.
