Maslow’s need hierarchy theory -PPT

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is a motivational theory proposed by Abraham Maslow in 1943, which outlines five levels of human needs arranged in a pyramid structure. The levels include physiological needs, safety needs, affiliation needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs, with each level building upon the previous one. Understanding these needs can help organizations motivate employees effectively and retain talent by addressing their various needs.
