Drawing Specification:
As per drawing, 150mm dia. Pipes to be mounted on “angle
support” along with “U bolt” but as per physical site
inspection, “Chilli Clamp” without insulation are used for
pipe mounting.

Mock-up work also completed with Chilli clamp; post false
ceiling it will not be visible and in future low strength
support to pipeline may be a serious concern.
DBR Specification deviation (Electrical Conduiting work)
DBR Specification:
As per DBR clause 5.5 page no. 40, M.S conduit will be
used in case of wherever on the surface and above the
false ceiling.
But as per the site on the ground floor of building-3
where the temporary office is being made, PVC
conduit is used instead of GI conduit

The tape used on duct insulation going torn
way at a very early stage.

Pipes) not properly sealed.

Services Coordination Issue- The CPVC Pipe
not properly fixed in the chase due to electrical
conduits fixed at the back.
Quality Observation :-
The bending of CPVC Pipes laid under CI The Electrical Conduits not properly fixed
pipes due to loading of CI pipes also the socket in the chase chipped for laying the
joint given at the loading area conduit pipes.

Sprinklers fixed just above
the electrical conduit.

Badly damaged Duct
insulation.

As per drawing there must be minimum 100
mm gap between Ceiling and sprinkler but at
most of the places this gap is not maintained
and even the sprinkler is touching the ceiling.
