today is World Water Day Today Prime Minister Modi
launches a program called Shakti Abhiyan. catch the rain where it falls and when it falls. It is intended to all Stakeholder to read water harvesting schilines on suitable climatic conditions nowadays discussion is more on the significance on the day. • water is a renewable resource but why is then everybody Talks about water conservation, water shortage ,water footprint the answer is very simple the total amount of water don't get smaller ,don’t get larger we need to use it wisely, so that everyone uses it. • In the planetary cycle what amount of water is constant ?.if all the available water only 3% is fresh and the rest is salt which we don't use where does they come from one major amount of water is locked into glaciers, 30% of groundwater is freshwater which is not either easy to access the water we use replenishes itself by rain snow and that is why it is called renewable resource. but the gets replenished is very slow and fast how we get shortages. • the amount of available surface water is not actually distributed around the world and the amount of water varies by the population present and also by the season. these special variations in water availability levels to water scarcity in certain times in certain parts of the Year. • you may not be in the list but it is good to ensure water secure of following reasons world population is unconstantly .of water available per person . • Treating water waste to secure it always lot of energy which we know that it is the main reason for climate change and pollution. Would wide 4% of electricity used for water management. • Ground water replenishes slowly. 21/37 water resources have been elepleted. • The world is full of valuable resources/ sum are valuable because they produce energy/ thus are because our formed them, as cemenint medium of exchange . But there is one stands above the rest, one that has allowed the continued existence of life on earth earth is known as the blue planet. • Over 70% of earth surface is covered with water but most of it is very salty . Require fresh water which represents only 3% of the planet total amount. If that 3%2/3rd are form is ice caps and glaciers leaving just 1% of water on earth – fit and available for human consumption. • That sounds like a disaster waiting to happen . Its because of the climate change and growing water consumption are rapidly depleting vital resource and that is leading to global tension. • We are going to the consequence of shrinking water supply and what we should do in the upcoming decades. Human is humanity dependent on water.
