GetMeAShop is an e-commerce platform that helps you to set-up and manage your
online store. It is a one-click solution to all your problems regarding e-commerce and

Refund policy-
No refund will be given to the client after the website
implementation. Refund can only be processed in case the
client terminates the agreement prior to implementation of the
website. However, such refund shall be limited to 40% of the
total amount paid by the client, rest 60% will be kept by the
GMAS-TIL as implementation and other cost. Refund is on case-
Refund to-case basis and lies on the sole discretion of GMAS TIL.

Policy & Go Go live period-

live period All client (Silver and Gold) will have only 30 day go live period,
after that billing will start irrespective of any delay at client end
or feature requests.

Renewal Policy-
No commitment should be done for the renewal
amount/percentage. However, it will never exceed the MRP of
plan purchased.
• Courier partner will not be provided for the food
product’s business (especially the perishable
products)
• No logistics will be available for the jewellery
business (as the value of silver and gold will be very
high so any partner won’t be taking any

• We do not support time/data based inventory like
of GMAS Ola, Oyo rooms etc. However, client can set the
delivery date and time for product delivery through
dashboard
• Do not commit any website/ layout/ customization
to client without confirming the same from the tech
department. (We do provide customization in
platinum plan but it also has its own restrictions)
