• Based at Head Office, supporting hiring for all functions.
• Three Business Units (Sales & Marketing): Each has a dedicated Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Shared Function Lead: Manages corporate office and leadership hiring for the manufacturing facility.
• Manager On-boarding: Ensures new hires are integrated quickly

• Ensures goal setting and performance reviews.

• Delivers organization-wide training based on the annual calendar.
