Cauchy integral theorem
• For the computation of contour integrals, the Cauchy
Integral Theorem has a crucial implication.

In essence, it states that outlines can be shifted or distorted

without affecting the integral's outcome,
so long as we never go beyond the point at which
the integrand loses its analytical properties.

Let's look at some examples to demonstrate this.

• The Cauchy Integral Theorem says that the contour integral vanishes
along either of the two contours which make up the boundary of
these domains.
