PROBLEM STATEMENT
 Customers visiting the restaurant, both in-person and online, are
struggling to navigate the menu efficiently. The current interface
is cluttered, lacks clear categorization, and does not provide
adequate descriptions or filtering options. This results in
customers feeling overwhelmed, leading to longer decision times,
increased frustration, and in some cases, abandonment of the
ordering process. Additionally, the lack of accessible options for
individuals with visual impairments or language barriers further
limits the usability of the menu.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
 To address the challenges of the current restaurant menu
interface, we propose the development of a modern, intuitive, and
accessible menu interface that improves user experience for both
in-person and online customers. The solution will focus on
simplifying navigation, enhancing discoverability of menu items,
and ensuring accessibility for all users.
 This proposed solution will significantly enhance the overall
customer experience, reduce friction in the ordering process, and
make the menu more inclusive and accessible to a broader
audience.

CONCLUSION
 The new restaurant menu interface will make it easier for
customers to browse, order, and pay, whether they’re using their
phone, a tablet, or a kiosk. By using modern design techniques
and making sure the system works smoothly with other parts of
the restaurant (like payment and kitchen systems), we ensure a
better experience for both customers and staff.
 We’ll roll out the system step by step, starting with testing it at a
few locations, and then making improvements before expanding
it further. Regular updates and maintenance will keep the system
running smoothly, making it easy to adapt to future needs.
FUTURE
SCOPE
 The system can recommend dishes based on a customer’s past orders
or preferences, making their experience more tailored.
 Add voice control features so customers can speak their orders
instead of tapping on the screen.
 Use data to predict popular items, suggest promotions, or manage
stock more efficiently.
 Connect the system directly to delivery services for easy online
orders and real-time tracking.
