Common errors
1. Project scope is the project of getting the Big Food Box ready for
opening
The project is NOT running it once it opens, or marketing it, or
recruiting for it
- BEWARE stakeholders and risks that are related to running
it once it is open.

Provide specific examples – names of the project sponsors, local
council, examples of type of suppliers, contractors
