Purpose of Appraisal
• Feedback should be shared on a monthly basis upon submission of the status report
How do we conduct the appraisal for those that moved between 1 to 2 departments in 2020?
• HR will manage the appraisals to ensure that there is feedback from both parties.
What should I do if the employee has issues with the score or appraisal?
• Ensure that you provide justification on the scoring (Objectives – SLA and KPI)
• Discuss with the employee first
• Escalate to HOS or HOD
• Further escalate to HR
