OBJECTIVE

• The objective is to develop a machine learning model that accurately predicts

water quality by analyzing key environmental and chemical parameters such as
Hp, Hardness,Solids,Chloramines,Sulphate,Conductivity,Organic
carbon,Trihalomethanes,Turbidity
• This model aims to assist in real-time monitoring and decision-making for
ensuring safe and sustainable water management.
ABSTRACT

• This study applies the Random Forest algorithm to predict water quality based
on key environmental and chemical parameters. By using its ability to handle
datasets and the model aims to provide accurate, real-time classification of
water quality.
• The approach supports early contamination detection and enhances decision-
making for effective water resource management.
EXISTING SYSTEM

• The Existing system proposes a self-adapting method for selecting multiple

artificial neural networks to predict water quality parameters using remote
sensing and ground-measured data, achieving high precision and
interpretability.

• Drawback of this model performance relies on numerous settings and

adaptations, which may complicate its implementation and scalability across
different datasets and environments.
PROPOSED SYSTEM

• The proposed system utilizes the Random Forest algorithm to predict water
quality based on various environmental and chemical parameters. It begins
with data collection of historical records, followed by preprocessing to clean
and prepare the data. Feature selection will identify significant parameters,
enhancing the model's accuracy.
• Finally, the system will enable real-time water quality prediction through a
user-friendly process, providing instant predictions and alerts for contamination
risks.

CONCLUSION

• In this study, we demonstrated that the Random Forest algorithm effectively

predicts water quality by analyzing data from different sources. Our results
showed high accuracy in forecasting important water parameters, helping to
identify pollution sources. This method provides a valuable tool for
environmental monitoring and decision-making. Future work can improve
these predictions and enable real-time assessments of water quality.
