Whilst a post office at the bottom corner still remained, a park was a substitute for a farmhouse which
used to be nearby. Concerning its right side, trees and farmlands were demolished to make way for
new houses located on both banks of the river. Differing from the Woods Drive staying as the same as it
used to be, the mansion lane was expanded eastwards through a crossing bridge newly built.
Situated on both the two opposite sides of the Woods Drive, an old factory and a mansion house 25
years later were converted into luxury flats and a caring facility was constructed in the vicinity of an
unchanged mansion garden, correspondingly. The last disparity was the removal of an immense area
for farming on the top-left corner, which left space for the establishment of shopping facilities and a
post office.
