Useful Suggestion in Answering Questions:

1. Repeat or paraphrase the question so that you are sure you understand it. 2. If it is a long question, try breaking it up into sections, and answer them one by one. 3. Be brief and to the point avoid introducing new information. 4. Conclude with a clear finish and thank your audience for their attention.

EVALUATION
After each talk, evaluation sheets are distributed on which everyone will be asked to evaluate the presentation. From such sheet you could then summarize the audience evaluations, comments, and provide a summary to the speaker. The evaluations are expected to be frank and constructive. These evaluations will allow you to get feedback on how the audience reacts to and perceives your presentation.

THE END
Thank you very much for your attention.
