2. To test the size of your visual aids, check 1 inch to 10 foot rule: For every 10 foot away the audience is from the screen, letters or symbols should be 1 inch high on the screen.
Handout
1. Handout should be kept to a reasonable length no more than one side of A4 and two sides maximum. 2. The purpose of handout is to convey items you might want to refer to. 3. You can also use a handout to reinforce the structure of your talk.
Supplemental Hints
1. Professional appearance is important. 2. Arrive at the site a few min before your presentation. 3. Once you are comfortable with your presentation, get motivated and show some enthusiasm. 4. If you are a nervous speaker, practice, practice, practice! 5. Get some sleep the night before your talk.

At the beginning of your presentation express thanks to chairman, state your name, institution and title of your presentation. Three elements of presentation include: introduction, explanation of methods and closure.
Introduction
1. Focus the attention of audience on the subject. 2. Create an organizing framework for the information that follows : overview, study area, research methodology, results and conclusions. 3. Stimulate interest and involvement of audience in the presentation.
Explanation
1. Cover the state-of-art/market trends/latest development in products in 1- 2 slides. 2. Mention the main stream technology in the area in 1 slide. 3. Present your idea/method/algorithm/discoveries in about 5 slides. 4. Compare your results with existing ones in 1-2 slides. 5. Present your personal conclusion/opinions future works in 1-2 slides.

Behavior in Conveying
Attitude and body language play quite a big part in the success-fulness of a presentation. Some hints to perfect your day at the stage are as follows:
Interacting with the Audience Rule 1. Look at the audience and seek eye contact with them. Rule 2. Make sure the audience can always see the screen. Rule 3. Make it look like you are having a good time. Rule 4. Do not try too hard to be funny.
EVALUATION
After each talk, evaluation sheets are distributed on which everyone will be asked to evaluate the presentation. From such sheet you could then summarize the audience evaluations, comments, and provide a summary to the speaker. The evaluations are expected to be frank and constructive. These evaluations will allow you to get feedback on how the audience reacts to and perceives your presentation.
