 To assess the health status of the family
members.
 To identify vulnerable individuals.
 To identify the health problems, health
needs and health demands of the family.
 To suggest remedial measures which
are socio-culturally acceptable and
economically feasible for the family.

SUMMARY
 The family we studied resides in Lingayat street,PHC
Harave,containing of 2 members with 2 adults.
 They belong to class (2) Upper middle family according to
modified Kuppuswamy classification.
 The total monthly income of the family is 9000 and the total
expenditure is around 6500.
 They are living in a house in which the roof is made up of
sheets and floor has been cemented and marble is used, the
walls are made up of cement blocks ,plastered, cemented ,
attached both side to side .
 There is adequate lighting and no cross ventilation, no
crowding.
 Internal environment is hygienic
 Open drainage system
 Separate kitchen with LPG
