EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDERS
INTRODUCTION

Being a part of the fashion industry’s eco system, we at RBC are committed to reducing
the impact of our industry on the environment, by our practices, solutions and work.
Sustainability would be the key to future of life on the planet. World over, much
deliberations and rethinking are underway at high levels of decision makers and
implementation agencies. Global citizens and individual entities can take onus of the Rethink Reuse
situation and make small contribution by their individual efforts, making collective
impact on the challenges for sustainable living.
This report is an effort to articulate our sustainability initiatives at RBC and initiate a
dialogue with our readers, creating a space for exchange of ideas and demonstrating

OUR KEY COMMITMENTS

1) Energy Management:
Implementing energy-efficient measures is crucial to reducing our environmental impact. By
optimizing equipment usage, adopting LED lighting, and utilizing renewable energy sources where
feasible, we can significantly decrease our energy consumption and carbon footprint. This not only
benefits the environment but also contributes to cost savings in the long run.
2) Water Management:
Water is a precious resource, and it is essential to adopt water-saving technologies and practices. By
minimizing water consumption through efficient fixtures, implementing water recycling systems, and
raising awareness among employees, we can make a substantial difference in our water footprint.
Conserving water contributes to the overall sustainability of our workplace and the surrounding
community.
3) Waste Management:
Reducing waste generation and managing it responsibly is a crucial aspect of our sustainability
efforts. Through recycling programs, composting initiatives, and responsible waste disposal, we can
minimize the amount of waste sent to landfills. Implementing proper waste management practices
not only reduces our environmental impact but also supports the transition towards a circular
economy.
4) Sustainable Procurement:
Our commitment to sustainability extends to our procurement practices. By prioritizing sustainable
and biodegradable products, we can contribute to the reduction of harmful waste and promote the
use of environmentally friendly alternatives. Sustainable procurement also encourages suppliers to
adopt responsible practices and supports the growth of a sustainable market.
5) Circularity with Creativity:
We embrace creativity as a means to foster circularity within our workplace. By encouraging
employees to find innovative ways to repurpose and reuse materials, we can reduce waste and
extend the lifespan of resources. Implementing creative solutions, such as upcycled decor,
repurposed storage solutions, and employee-led sustainability challenges, enhances our circularity
efforts and promotes a culture of innovation and sustainability.
6) Ecological Conservation:
As part of our commitment to ecological conservation, we actively participate in plantation drives. By
engaging employees in tree-planting initiatives, we contribute to reforestation efforts, habitat restoration,
and carbon sequestration. Our involvement in ecological conservation showcases our dedication to
preserving biodiversity and protecting our natural environment.
