INTRODUCTION

 Software solution designed to streamline and automate operations of


cafeteria.​
 Provides efficient services to their college students, teachers and staffs.​
 Provides friendly User Interface for numerous food outlets and lots more.​
 Makes operation of the cafeteria as effective and quick as possible.

 Current system leads to various challenges and limitations.​


 Impacts the overall effectiveness and customers experience.​
 Its highly time consuming and prone to errors.​
 Often results in delay, confusion and incorrect order.

 The main objective of the project college cafeteria management


system is to design a program to manage the cafeteria and reduce
manual work.

PROJECT FEATURES

 System allows cafeteria administrator to create and manage digital


menu.​
 Customers can place their food orders electronically using the
system.​
 System enables management of user accounts including students,
teachers and staffs.

Software Requirement:
 Web Browser
 Language : JavaScript ,HTML,CSS
 Database : MySQL

Hardware Requirement:
 A general PC is required.
 Internet connection.

 Benefits of CCMS:

Benefits include improved efficiency, reduced waiting times,


increased accuracy in order processing, enhanced customer
satisfaction and better inventory management.

 Customer experience and satisfaction:


Positively impact customer experience and satisfaction as customers
appreciate reduced waiting times and accuracy of their orders leading
to increased loyalty.

 Inventory management and cost control:
By providing real-time visibility into inventory levels, these systems
help prevent stockouts, reduce wastage and optimize ingredient
procurement.

 Emerging technologies:
Technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and
mobile applications offer opportunities for enhanced personalaization
and mobile ordering capabilities.

FEASIBILITY STUDY
• Economic Feasibility
There is minimum cost assumed to be required as it is done based
on our ideas and online resources.
• Technical Feasibility
This software is compatible for every computer with windows 7(and
higher) as it is built using Visual studio with HTML, CSS,
JavaScript language and SQL.
• Time Feasibility
The expected time for the completion of the project was about 7-8
weeks.
• Operational Feasibility

RESULT AND CONCLUSION

 The cafeteria Management System is a valuable tool for

streamlining the food ordering process for students and teachers and
overall management of college cafeteria.
 The system also improves accuracy and reduces errors in the
ordering process.
 The cafeteria Management System offers several benefits, including
a reduction in queues and wait times, a more efficient ordering and
payment process

LIMITATION AND FUTURE
ENHANCEMENT

 Implementing the cafeteria Management System may


face challenges and risks, such as technical issues, user resistance,
and integration problems with existing systems.​
 These challenges can be mitigated by thorough planning, testing,
and training.
 Remaining some of features will be implemented later.
