IMPORTANT POINTS FOR LIST OF CANDIDATES(LOC)
The registration for candidates for class X has been already done in
class IX and Parents & Students have signed on the Registration Form,
if any Parent needs to clarify their details , can contact the class
teacher. The LOC for class X will open in the month of August/
September 2024, the parents are requested to ensure the following :
Student’s Name(Spelling) in LOC, School Admission Register and
Aadhar Card should be same.

 Student’s Parent’s Name in LOC, School Admission Register and Aadhar
Card should be same.
 Check all the details(Aadhar No. , Gender, Category, Subjects) in LOC
carefully before signing.
 Photo to be given for LOC should be current photograph with date of
clicking and full name of the student.
As per CBSE guidelines, No Changes will be made in the LOC once
submitted.
MATHEMATICS (STANDARD/ BASIC)
Students can opt either Mathematics Standard or
Mathematics Basic.
Standard Mathematics enables the child to opt for
Mathematics in Class XI.
CBSE is going to start credit system , the information will be
shared with you as soon as it will received from the
department ..
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS
We expect our students to maintain and encourage high standards
of personal conduct. These include honesty, discipline, integrity,
respect and consideration, ethics and values.
All students are advised to reach school ten minutes before the
scheduled time. It is compulsory for all students to attend the
General Assembly in the morning at 8.00 am. Late comers will
not be allowed to enter the school once the gates are closed.

Care must be taken of all school’s property and no student should
scratch, spoil the desks or chairs or damage any school furniture,
write or draw any thing on the walls or in any way damage things
belonging to others.
All students must wear the specified, neat and proper school
uniform. Wearing the school ID card everyday is mandatory.
All students shall bring the school almanac to school every day.

In terms of class conduct special focus should be given to:
• Maintaining the class/school decorum all the time.
• Sitting properly during class teaching and otherwise.
• Not creating any disturbance during the teaching/learning process.
• Take appropriate measures to help those in need.
 Students are expected to prefer speaking in English at school and we
request the parents to encourage them to do so at home as well.

 No valuable articles and gold jewellery to be worn by the children. School is not
responsible for goods, money or jewellery lost.
 Bringing Mobile Phones to school is strictly prohibited and fine of Rs. 500/- will
be charged.
 Wearing school uniform is mandatory, whenever the child comes to school for any
reason other than regular school days also.(PTM, Signing/ submission of forms or
any project work , orientations etc.)
 It is mandatory for students to abide by the rules and regulations of the school in
accordance to behavior, discipline, attendance, uniform etc.
BULLYING & POCSO
Students are not allowed to bully or intimidate other students,
staff or teachers. In case of any problem, they are encouraged
to contact the Class Teacher/ Coordinator or the Principal for
the redressal of complaints, if any.
The students will not act unfriendly or threateningly to
anyone.
The student will not push, punch or exhibit any act of Contd..
violence.
 The students will not indulge in name calling sarcasm, spreading
rumours, teasing, racial taunts, painting graffiti or making obscene
gestures.
The students will not indulge in Virtual or Cyber bullying, use of email
or texts, unwanted physical contact, sexually abusive comments or focus
on any issue of sexuality.
As per DOE Norms, if any child found indulging in any of the above
mentioned activities, will be heavily penalized and consequences will be
severe.
ATTENDANCE / ABSENTEEISM
Attendance below 85% will disqualify the student for appearing in the
examinations and promotion to the next class.
Leaves will only be granted with prior written application addressed to the
Principal in case of functions or medical cases.
Note: Leaves for medical cases - submission of a Medical Certificate and
Prescription from the Medical Practitioner, along with a hand written
application from the parents/guardians is mandatory.

The name will be struck off from the rolls if the student is absent
for more than 10 days without permission or written intimation to
school authorities. Re-admission, if granted, will be done on the
payment of a fine and re-admission charges.
Attendance for all functions of the school is compulsory.
No half days will be sanctioned.
IMPORTANT POINTS FOR PARENTS TO REMEMBER
 Parents play an important role in child’s development as children are
considered a valuable asset of the parents.
 Parents should inculcate positive thinking in their child.
 Parents should have a friendly behaviour with their child and they
should know when to appreciate and when to motivate their child and
should not scold their child in front of anyone.
 Parents are also requested to inculcate moral values in their children.

 Relation between parents count a lot in upbringing of the child. If
parents have good bonding between them it will have a positive effect on
the child.
 Parents should be aware of the daily routine of their wards.
 It is mandatory for parents to attend ALL PTMs held in the school.
 Parents should guide and counsel their children not to indulge in
unnecessary fights, arguments or any other issues inside and outside
the school premises.

 Parents should listen to their ward patiently and should not react at
once without listening to them.
 All details provided at the time of admission must be checked
beforehand as later no changes will be done.(Childs personal and

 Parents are requested to make sure the child carries the school diary
(almanac) everyday.
 Student caught self driving/riding any vehicle (Car / Scooty / Scooter /
Bike) to school will be penalized. The vehicle number will be forwarded to
the local traffic department.

 Parents are requested to kindly check the bag of their wards
before coming to school everyday, so that the child brings all the
required text books and notebooks as per the time table. Also
make sure that he/she is not carrying any objectionable items
(like mobiles(Keypad/ Smart Phone), smart watches, sharp
weapons –knife, paper cutter, crackers, Holi colors, electronic
devices, perfumes, toys etc.) to the school.

Don’t let your ward miss his/her school transport (if availing) without
informing the class teacher in the morning or at the time of dispersal.
It is mandatory to ensure your ward’s notebooks are properly maintained
and he /she submits his/ her assignments on time.

The school provides transport facility on three routes:


Route No-1 SNPS to Nathupura
Route No-2 SNPS to Jharoda
Route No-3 SNPS to Wazirabad
Please Note:
1. The bus fee is to be paid for the entire month even if the
bus has been used only for a day in a month.
2. Bus facility will be abolished in the case of child’s
indiscipline behavior in the bus.
We are happy to announce that our school provides scholarships
to the students who have secured Top 3 positions in Class X Board
Result.
The school fee of the position holders will be exempted in Class XI.
