At the practical evaluation you will implement 20 min of the session you
created to your fellow colleagues (No warm up and no cooldown). The
biomotor ability you will be allocated.
Practical Equipment tool kit needed will be provided which will match your biomotor
ability (Only use that equipment) *Your own?
