KRA 1
•OBJECTIVE 1: Applied knowledge of content within and across curriculum teaching areas (PPST 1.1.2)
KRA 1: CONTENT KNOWLEDGE AND PEDAGOGY

Rating of 6 in COT – Very Satisfactory
For KRA 1 - Objective 1, I have attached my Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating
sheet from an Observation 1 and 2 done through onsite/face-to-face/in-person classroom observation. When
delivering the lesson, I demonstrated accurate, in-depth and broad knowledge of concepts in presenting the
lesson, and in responding to learners’ questions in a manner that is responsive to learners’ developmental
needs. It is evident that I have met the objective, as shown by a rating of 6 under Indicator 1 – Applied
knowledge of content within and across curriculum teaching areas. This is equivalent to 4 points (Very
Satisfactory) in the RPMS Rating Scale
OBJECTIVE 2: Used a range of teaching strategies that enhance learner achievement in literacy and
numeracy skills (PPST 1.4.2)

Rating of 6 in COT – Very Satisfactory
For KRA 1 - Objective 2, I have attached my
Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet from
an Observation 1 and 2 done through onsite/face-to-
face/in-person classroom observation. When
delivering the lesson, I consistently applied relevant
strategies that enhance learners’ literacy and/or
numeracy skills in all aspects of the lesson. A rating of
6 under Indicator 2 – Uses a range of teaching
strategies that enhance learner achievement in
literacy and numeracy skills, which is equivalent to 4
points (Very Satisfactory) in the RPMS Rating Scale
where given.
OBJECTIVE 3: Applied a range of teaching strategies to develop critical and creative thinking, as well as
other higher-order thinking skills (PPST 1.5.2)

Rating of 6 – Very Satisfactory
For KRA 1 - Objective 3, I have attached my
Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet from
an Observation 1 and 2 done through onsite/face-to-
face/in-person classroom observation. Using a well-
directed questions and activities, I challenged learners
to justify their thinking and successfully engaged most
of them during the teaching and learning process. It is
evidenced by a rating of 6 under Indicator 3 – Applied
a range of teaching strategies to develop critical and
creative thinking, as well as other higher-order
thinking skills which is equivalent to 4 points (Very
Satisfactory) in the RPMS Rating Scale.
KRA 2: LEARNING ENVIRONMENT & DIVERSITY OF LEARNERS

•OBJECTIVE 4: Managed classroom structure to engage learners, individually or in groups, in meaningful


exploration, discovery and hands-on activities within a range of physical environments (PPST 2.3.2)

Rating of 7 - Outstanding
For KRA 2 - Objective 4, I have attached my
Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet from an
Observation 1 and 2 done through onsite/face-to-face/in-
person classroom observation. During classroom
observation, I organized and maintained classroom structure
and engaged learners individually/in groups, in meaningful
exploration, discovery and hands-on learning activities within
a range of physical learning environments. A pro-active
classroom structure management practices to support flexible
movement of the learners management practices to support
flexible movement of the learners during group activities
were evident. As demonstrated by a score of 7 on Indicator 4,
I certainly met the objective – Managed classroom structure
to engage learners, individually or in groups, in
meaningful exploration, discovery and hands-on activities

to 5 points (Outstanding) in the RPMS Rating Scale.
OBJECTIVE 5: Managed learner behavior
constructively by applying positive and non-violent
discipline to ensure learning-focused environments
(PPST 2.6.2)

•For KRA 2 - Objective 5, I have attached my Classroom


Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet from an Observation 1
and 2 done through onsite/face-to-face/in-person classroom
observation. I responded appropriately to the misbehavior of
my learners at all times without any loss of instructional time.
A rating of 6 on Indicator 5 indicates that I achieved the
goal. – Managed learner behavior constructively by
applying positive and non-violent discipline to ensure
learning-focused environments. This is equivalent to 4
points (Very Satisfactory) in the RPMS Rating Scale.
OBJECTIVE 6: Used differentiated developmentally appropriate learning experiences to address learners’
gender, needs, strengths, interests and experiences (PPST 3.1.2)

to-face/in-person classroom observation. During classroom observation,
differentiated and developmentally appropriate learning experiences to address
the diverse learning needs were evident. A rating of 5 on Indicator 6 – Used
differentiated developmentally appropriate learning experiences to address
learners’ gender, needs, strengths, interests and experiences were given.
This is equivalent to 3 points (Satisfactory) in the RPMS Rating Scale.

KRA 3: Curriculum and Planning

•OBJECTIVE 7: Planned, managed, implemented developmentally sequenced teaching and learning


processes to meet curriculum requirements and varied teaching contexts (PPST 4.1.2)

• For KRA 3 - Objective 7, I have attached my

person classroom observation. During the delivery of lesson,
I managed to implement lessons with appropriate elements of
developmentally sequenced teaching and learning processes.
A rating of 5 on Indicator 7 indicates that I achieved the goal.

curriculum requirements and varied teaching contexts.
This is equivalent to 3 points (Satisfactory) in the RPMS
Rating Scale.

For KRA 3 - Objective 8, I have attached reflection notes on the demonstration of teaching
practices following my participation from collegial discussions that discusses teacher and learner
feedback across 4 quarters. The fact that I gained a rating 7 on Indicator 8 implies that I
accomplished the objective – Participated in collegial discussions that use teacher and learner
feedback to enrich teaching practice. This is equivalent to 5 points (Outstanding) in the RPMS
Rating Scale.
OBJECTIVE 9: Selected, developed, organized, and used
appropriate teaching and learning resources including ICT, to
address learning goals (PPST 4.5.2)

For KRA 3 - Objective 9, I have attached my
Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet from an

person classroom observation. I was able integrate extensive
and multi-disciplinary learning resources, including ICT,
which are appropriate and aligned with the learning goals. As
a result, I obtained a rating of 7 on Indicator 9 which signifies
that I attained the objective – Selected, developed,
organized, and used appropriate teaching and learning
resources including ICT, to address learning goals. This is
equivalent to 5 points (Outstanding) in the RPMS Rating
Scale.
KRA 4: ASSESSMENT AND REPORTING
OBJECTIVE 10: Designed, selected, organized and used diagnostic, formative and summative assessment strategies consistent with
curriculum requirements (PPST 5.1.2)

OBJECTIVE 11: Monitored and evaluated learner progress and achievement using learner attainment data (PPST 5.2.2)

ANNOTATION:
Rating of 7 - Outstanding

For KRA 4 - Objective 11, I have attached the Individual Learning


Monitoring Plan (ILMP) wherein pupils’ progress based on the given intervention
strategies were monitored and evaluated. I also included a sample of learners’ output
with reflection, class record and grading sheets, reading and numeracy profile as well
as Item Analysis of test results across 4 quarters. As a result, I achieved a rating of 7
on Indicator 11, demonstrating that I reached the objective. – Monitored and
evaluated learner progress and achievement using learner attainment data. This
is equivalent to 5 points (Outstanding) in the RPMS Rating Scale.
OBJECTIVE 12: Communicated promptly and clearly the learners’ needs, progress and achievement to key stakeholders, including parents/guardians (PPST 5.4.2)
MOVs: Any one (1) of the following:
1. Sample of corrected test paper of a learner in a learning area with parent’s or guardian’s signature and date of receipt.
2. Minutes of meetings with key stakeholders
3. Report card with parent’s or guardian’s signature in all quarters supported by minutes of meeting
4. Communication with key stakeholders
5. Anecdotal record
6. Any equivalent ALS form/document that highlights the objective

ANNOTATION:

For KRA 4 - Objective 12, I have attached a copy a sample copy of corrected
test paper with parent’s or guardian’s signature and date of receipt as well as minutes of
meeting during PTCA Conference and a communication letter that sustained engagement
to monitor learners needs, progress and achievement across all quarters. In Indicator 12, I
got a rating of 7, indicating that I achieved the objective – Communicated promptly and
clearly the learners’ needs, progress and achievement to key stakeholders, including
parents/guardians. This is equivalent to 5 points (Outstanding) in the RPMS Rating
Scale. Timeliness – across 4 quarter
KRA 5: PERSONAL GROWTH AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
OBJECTIVE 13: Applied a personal philosophy of teaching that is learner-centered (PPST 7.1.2)

For KRA 5 - Objective 13, I have attached a reflection/journal entry that highlights the

centered teaching. It details the consistent involvement of learners in the teaching-


learning process across all 4 quarters. As a result, in Indicator 13, I obtained a rating
of 7 indicating that I met the objective – Applied a personal philosophy of teaching
that is learner-centered. This is equivalent to 5 points (Outstanding) in the RPMS
Rating Scale.

• It reflects involvement of learners in the teaching-learning process resulting form
the application of a personal philosophy of teaching that is learner centered

OBJECTIVE 14: Set professional development goals based on the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST 7.5.2)

ANNOTATION:
For KRA 5 - Objective 14, I was able to prove that I set professional development goals based
on the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers by attaching a copy of my updated IPCRF-
Development Plan during the Phase II of the RPMS cycle and submitted all other acceptable MOVs
within the prescribed RPMS Phase. As a result, in Indicator 14, I obtained a rating of 7 signifies that I
obtained the objective – Set professional development goals based on the Philippine Professional
Standards for Teachers. This is equivalent to 5 points (Outstanding) in the RPMS Rating Scale.

Center (CLC) across 4 quarters. As a result, in Indicator 15, I
obtained a rating of 7 implies that I achieved the objective –
Performed various related works/activities that contribute
to the teaching and learning process. This is equivalent to 5
points (Outstanding) in the RPMS Rating Scale.
